Hi everyone,
I am curious if anyone has experience with this. I would like to model a water filter using the porous media setting with the DPM model. Does anyone know if an accurate model can be approximated given a distribution of particle sizes? That is, as I understand, the porous media settings only account for head loss, and there is no way to actually simulate particle entrapment/pass-through.

Many thanks
