Fixed Bed Coal gasification
 

Hello Everyone

Im a Nabeel. I want develop the 2D Fixed bed Coal gasifier in Ansys fluent 14.5.
There are following specification of gasifier.
Diameter=1.2m
height=2.5m
Coal particle diameter=1.5inch
Coal bed height= 0.5-0.6m
Please tell me how to develop the simulation.
more over i need the UDF of Coal gasification reactions. Please e-mail me the UDF

i have gone through few tutorials but im able to create a coal bed. but now i need UDF for reactions ie.drying, devolatiliztion & heterogeneous char reactions.
there are two phases
solid phase & gas phase
solid phase is Coal which is mixture of Carbon, volatile, mositure & ash.
plz tell me how to add the ultimate analysis of coal.
gas phase consists of CO2,CO,CH4,H2,N2,O2,H2O.
if you have any tutorial plz share with me. I have some tutorials ill share with you.
