problem in SDOF
 

I was simulating the slamming by the fluent. Now the SDOF model is required but I can't understand what it mean by displaying "can't compute angular acceleration" in the computing panel?
I wonder if there is anyone who is familiar with this kind of question. Please hurry to tell me! Thank you!
