?
The way people ask questions here keeps surprising me. It is mostly "Something is wrong on my computer, help me!".
What is the goal, to vent your frustation about the problem, or to get advice to solve the problem? If you want help about the problem, please take some time to explain your problem.

- What do you want?
- What did you try, and how?
- What was the result you got?
- In which aspects was this result different than what you wanted?

Do you really think that based on your small description, somebody can give you useful advice on what to do?

Very good that you understand the problem.

But it looks like you would like somebody else to help you solve your problem. Am I right? In that case, it is necessary that this other person also understands your problem. That is why you have to explain it.

Your description leaves many questions...
First you write: "how to create interface between fin and water domain."
What kind of interface are you referring to? Mesh interface? Or do you just want contact between the fin and water? This suggest that you do not know how to create an interface. But then:
"if i create interface ...". This shows that you have been able to make an interface! How did you do it? And why do you ask how to do it, if you already did it? What it the problem??? Something went wrong?
"i will get shadow".
What do you mean, the lights went out in your office? Or a boundary condition "wall_shadow" was created? Be as specific as you can, so we don't have to guess!

What you do is like calling a car mechanic, and saying: "my car has a problem. I want to go to the shop but I can not, and I get a light. How to solve this?" Would you expect the car mechanic to be able to help you just from that information? Of course not! Give more information!

For solid-fluid interactions you haven't to create any interface.
Make sure your mesh nodes on the solid faces overlap the nodes in the fluid zone; the nodes on the solid faces have to be shared by solid and fluid.
Once imported that mesh into fluent, it will automatically create the shadow walls.
