Injection two materials

hi everyone,
I have a problem but i cant solve. I want to inject a mixture fuel with two components. Example, Biodiesel (with 95% diesel and 5% ethanol). But in fluent database don't have it. Help me, pleasure
Thanks a lot.

A simple way to do this is to threat the biodiesel as a single-phase fluid and use constant properties (which is not a big deal, if temperature and pressure are roughly constant in your system). In this case, you can find what are the property values for biodiesel (viscosity, specific heat, density, etc, whatever is relevant to your problem) and then create a new fluid yourself in the "Materials" tab of Fluent.

Thanks your support. To know what are the property values for biodiesel, this is problem. How can i calculate them (viscosity, specific heat, density, etc) from property values of diesel and ethanol? Thank a lot

I don't know, but there should be some paper, book or webpage out there from which you can obtain them. Fluent won't be able to do that for you. A simple google search on "thermophysical properties of biodiesel" has popped up several interesting results and papers.

Thanks. I will try. Have nice day to you.
