Interface heat transfer problems

I am currently trying to do a 2D analysis on a cross section of a mold. The has two cooling channels and a chamber in the center for the part to be formed. Initially, I am trying to do a pre-warm cycle, where the mold will be at room temperature and the cooling channels will warm the mold.

I have generated the assembly using SolidWorks and imported that geometry into the workbench. I've meshed the assembly and ran it through FLUENT, but the results are not showing any heat transfer between the fluid coolant channels and the solid mold. I have the walls between the cooling channels and mold set as coupled walls and each have a wall and a corresponding shadow wall.

Would anyone have any idea as to what I am doing wrong?

A simple 3D model and bc's used in fluent will help a lot in understanding your problem :-)
