Hi.I read in some paper that tke(Turbulent kinetic energy) must be large at near wall region due to shear stress and small in core region in pipe.but when i run a simple pipe case,(attached pic) near wall value is lower than other region.can anyone help me to resolve this problem? Thank you.
boundary conditions: periodic+wall(3d-pipe)
turbulence model: k-e,k-w(its no different between results).
Re=20000
y+=0.4(approximately)
wall model=Enhanced wall treatment
best regards.
Mahdi.
