Default modeling of flow in porous where water level is below the top of the aggregate level

Hello everyone.

Does anyone have any idea how to do model unsaturated( where water level is lower than the height of the aggregate) flow in porous medium using Fluent ? I am using VOF but facing some problem. Thanks in advance.
