Mesh motion or frame motion????

1 Attachment(s)
I am trying to simulate a pipe rotating around de x axis (see, please, the drawing attached). I have defined "A" as a mass flow inlet and "B" as pressure oulet = 0

Can anyone tell me if I have to select mesh motion or frame motion in cell zone condition? And which is the difference between them?:confused::confused:

(I have tried both and they give differente solutions concerning to generated pressure)

Thank you!!!:D

Mesh Motion is used when when it's important to capture the unsteadiness in the flow, this approach comes under Sliding/Dynamic Mesh , Whereas the frame motion is used in SRF/MRF approach where unsteadiness is not captured
Dynamic Mesh is computationally more expensive
