What's is Y+ and y* and the difference?

Hello
I'm new to fluent and I'm learning a lot on it but I want to see what's the difference and definition of each y+ and y* and does each have a function ? What should I know about it if I'm doing "validation of wind pressure coefficient on a wall" ?
