problem with activation energy in fluent

Hi guys,
i want to enter some reactions manually.but i have no idea about the activation energy unit in fluent.it is in ((j/kg mol)). does any body know how to change it to ((cal/mol)) or reverse? thanks |

Hi Rana
The unit of activation energy is in J/kmol. Easiest way out is to convert your cal/mol to J/kmol using online unit converter for example. |

There is option in define>>units.
From where you can change the units in fluent. Try there if u have the unit if Energy there. |

Hi,
In the Reactions window in the Activation Energy field it says one must insert the value with the unit (j/kgmol). Is this a type-o and j/mol or j/kmol is required? Best regards, f. |
