Boundary layer characteristics Fluent Data

I have a question how to calculate the Boundary layer characteristics (Momentum, DIsplacement Thickness and SHape Factor) Calculation from Fluent data. I created the lines normal to Airfoil Surface and get the velocity distribution along those lines. I know the equations for displacement and momentum thickness. I don't know how to script and read data in Matlab or any other software. If anyone can help. Thanks
