Dear all,
I'm simulating the flat plate flow with slot for suction and blowing in 3D , which mean the slot is a rectangular surface when looking from the top. How do I measure the mass flow rate through the slot? For 2D case, I defined the slot as the interior boundary and use the plot/fluxes to get the mass flow rate. For 3D, I'm trying to do the same as 2D but FLUENT read the slot as the wall-BC which make me to remove the slot surface to model the cavity. or is there any better way recommend me please? I am only need the negative mass flow rate through the slot, ex. -0.02 kg/s and I'm currently using the velocity inlet+negative velocity. thank very much you for your reply, |
