Hello everyone:
I am simulating the particle dispersion and deposition in indoor environment. I use the UDS in FLUENT to deal with Drift-flux model ,and the particle deposition empirical model was implemented into the wall adjacent cells. With the particle deposition , I need to know the area-weighted wall shear stress. As the particle and air was one-way coupling,so I computed the air field firstly, and then use the wall shear stress value in Report panel of FLUENT to calculate the particle deposition. But the results was different with the experimental data provided by the literature (Modeling particle distribution and deposition in indoor environments with a new drift–flux model http://www.sciencedirect.com/science...52231005008915)
I know the wall shear stress is a key factor of the model , Could anyone tel me how to get a proper wall shear stress ??? Is it related to the grid spacing near the wall ??
Thanks
laoji
