Entropy generation in inviscid model

Hello all,

I obverse non negligible entropy generation/stagnation pressure loss near the walls in inviscid model of Fluent.

I also checked this in laminar model and setting viscosity and thermal conductivity as almost zero (1e-16) and specified zero shear stress at the walls (Euler wall). Artificially generated entropy is still there. So this is also a problem in viscous solutions: near wall regions are problematic!!

All pressure based solvers and some of density based solver models are tried, nothing changes significantly.

Effect is reduced with the use of PRESTO and third order Muscl/QUICK schemes, but deficit is still there and has non-negligible effect.

Is there anyone who is aware of this error and its elimination?

Regards,

Sercan
