Partition: cell count = 0

Hi Friends;

I have created a simple 2D mesh By ICEM for a vertical rectangular duct. Meshes have been converted to unstructured mesh and all edges, vertexes and faces have been associated to the points, curves and surfaces and finally when I saved it in output I saw the "done" message in log panel.
now I want to read msh file in fluent but I have several errors!!
this is first error when I tried to read mesh inside workbench.
PHP Code:

mesh
Error at host

Error Object#f

And the following error occurs when I read mesh by fluent from start menu (without workbench)

PHP Code:

ErrorBuild GridAborted due to critical error.
Error Object#f"

Because of simplicity of geometry I deleted it and recreated it again (in 10 min) but same errors occurred. I changed the path of msh file in different folders and renamed it but not succeed. last time I faced this error I changed the path of file and it worked but now I wana solve it. would you please check it and guide me what should I do?

I'm very grateful for your help!
