You need to collect the data for the video during the calculation. Go to "Solution -> Calculation Activities -> Solution Animation" and hit the "Create/Edit" button. The rest should be self explanatory. Let's say, you take a picture every time step. Then, run the simulation for a certain amount of time steps. After that go to "Results -> Graphics and Animations -> Animations -> Solution Animation Playback" and hit "Setup" button.
If you have problems just post again.

There is a simpler way if you just want an animation for pressure contour or velocity contour and so on.
Execute "hardcopy" for the contour every time step and save it into a picture. Then compress all the pictures into a "gif" file. Now, you get a simple animation.

You are pretty tight-lipped. It's hard to help. Where exactly in the production of the video clip do you encounter the problems?!
