What's your problem exactly?
You must enter these values in "component" tab or use "magnitude & direction" tab!

angle

acutually my body inclined 20 angle of attack in gambit then done meshing, while doing in fluent x or y value which will give and in fluent three options are there 1. magnitude and direction
2.components
3.magnitude and normal boundary

and which coordinate will neglect

(I don't know that I understand your meaning fully or not)
You can select "magnitude and direction" then enter 18.79 & 6.84 for x & y respectively!
