Default Reference value setting for mixing tank driven by rushton turbine

Hi, I simulate the mixing tank by using mrf method. I have some question about reference value setting as following.

1) Does the reference values setting relate to the torque or moment prediction?
2) How to setup the refernce values for rushton turbine mixing tank?
