I have to write the velocity profile from one of my runs and use it to initialize the velocity inlet for my next run. However when I read back the outlet velocity profile for my inlet of the next run and initialize the solution from inlet I found that fluent calculates the mean of Vx, Vy and Vz values of the profile and initializes the inlet domain with a constant velocity profile. How do I initialize my domain with outlet velocity values computed at each coordinate ?
