I want to know, if "Immersed solid" option available in Fluent or not?

Not directly, as far as i know. Still, there should be an add-on/module, developed by Cascade Technologies (a.k.a. Stanford CTR). I don't know how exactly such module can be obtained but i'm pretty sure it is paid apart, in addition to the solver.
