Hello guys,

Does anyone have an easy way to create a LES animation of the results? I was wondering if there is any way to save pictures of the results at timesteps during the run automatically?

The way Im doing it now is just time consuming and takes vast amounts of storage. I save the results for every 100 iteration and load each one on them and take a screenshot. This is boring if you are doing the same thing over 40 times.

Please note: I dont have any knowledge of coding.

Thanks

Under calculation activities you have a option for animation, simply specify all the parameters and specify where to save. Then use a program like windows moviemaker or some freeware animation to make the animation!
Hope you figure it out!

I'd recommend the CFD-Post tool for this if you have access to it. It will load all your timesteps and make all kind of animations and plots and what not.

You have to initialize first, then you can set it up Or even better do as pilakin said! Hope this helps!
