Hello
I am trying to simulate the condensation on a headlamp. condensation occurs on inner surface of the lens. I try to use Eulerian Wall Film Model. this model is working good without bulbs ON. But when I gave energy to the bulb which means high radiation, results become unreal. since outer air temp is 23°C, and the bulb gives radiation energy to the lens, I had app. (minus) -250 °C on lens surface which is not realistic. By the way I am using DO radiation model. In help menu there is an explanation as below. *************** 28.1. Limitations The following limitations exist for the Eulerian Wall Film model:
******************* I wanted help from ANSYS support, but do not receive any feedback yet. So I would like to ask you if anybody knows such kind of problem, and which kind of UDF needed for solution? |
