suction devices pressure measurement

Hi,

I am doing CFD simulation of ESP (electrostatic precipetator) in FLUENT which is having suction fan at outlet. i want to measure the pressure drop across the device.
I am giving velocity inlet as boundary at inlet and pressure outlet (atmospheric) at outlet. should i measure static pressure at inlet or net pressure between inlet and outlet or total pressure at inlet or across the device ?
please help..

Thank you,

I don't understand. Is the problem to measure the pressure drop across the device? If so, what is the problem? You just take the pressure drop as pressure in minus pressure out.
