Hi, I am doing the calculation in 3-D nozzle. I use serverals turbulence model: k-epsilon with enhanced wall treatment, SST k-omega model, k-kl-omega model, SAS model, DES model and LES model.
The y+ of whole domain is within viscous sublayer (y+<4.5) and most of them is less than 1, except some point y+ reach to 7.
With enhanced wall treatment, people sugess that y+ must be in order of 1, but also y+< 5 is OK. SST k-omega model also but, form the paper of Menter, this model can do with any range of y+.
For DES model, I used DES-SST model, which is from Spalart paper, he said that y+<5 is good enought for DES-SA model and DES-SST model can be higher value of y+.
For LES model, wall modeling I use Wengler model, which can capture with coars grid and highter y+.

This is the picture show the y+ in my calculation. Specilally, in the nozzle region, the y+ in the flow direction is almost less than 1, except some points go to 1.5 (block2 wall and block2 side wall).

So how do you think about this y+ value? How will it influent the solution?
