Hello dear friend at cfd-online
I'm working an a ventilation case with fluent and want to investigate mesh independence for my case. first i generate a mesh with adequate frid for my case then solve it with fluent. in next step i generate a finer mesh and using previous solved data for initial solution of finer mesh with two methods provided by fluent 1-interpolation. 2-replacing mesh. but as you know the SIMPLE/C algorithm ruin the velocity field to obtain new solution. is there any way to use previous solution without having this problem? |
