Please Help: grid requirement for RANS, DES and ELES turbulence model

Hi, Fluent User,

I made the structure grid for 3D rectangular nozzle for my study. The nozzle throat zone are: 16 x 4 x 1 mm. And, I did only for a half of geometry.
The grid I made as in the pictures in the attached file. In that I made fine grid in the throat zone which are 160 x 50 x 40 nodes in the streamwise, nomal and spanwise direction and first cell heigh in the nomal direction is y/sigma=0.0025 which corresponse y+ around 2 (so at least 1 or two points in side the viscous layer)
Other zone, I made very coarse grid as you can see.

Could you please give me the comment that with this grid, Could I perform DES simulation?
Also I want to do ELES simulation in that LES will be do in the throat zone and RANS will be other zone. But I could not setup the solve and interface between each zone as in Fluent. DO you have any tutorior or please help me how to do this?
