Problem about sensible enthalpy in Fluent energy equation

The sensible enthalpy with reference temperature 298.15K is used in Fluent energy equation. It's completely OK except when phase change exists, becuase of latent heat.

I do not simulate mutiphase model. My model is about vapor with air condensation. the condensate liquid is neglected, and I only need to add mass, energy source in UDF.

the total inlet heat flux and outlet heat flux,or others related to heat transfer are calculated mass*enthalpy(sensible enthalpy=S(Cp*dT)), the condensate heat flux equals condensate mass*latent heat. As a result, the energy is no conserved, due to the enthalpy used in fluent not include latent heat.

How should i deal with this problem?

Thank you very much~
