Default Normalize contour on cut-plane

When I plot the mass flow on a cut-plane by using local range, could it be possible that I can plot the normalized contour value on the plane (mass flow local/mass flow Max)?

I guess you can have a "custom field function" as the normalized mass flow and then plot this new field function.
