I am well aware of how to utilize parallel computing on a single machine:
Code:
fluent 2ddp -t12 -g -i test
will run FLUENT in 2d double precision, batch mode with 12 processes, and follow my journal "test." However, I cannot seem to get it to work with a cluster because of the added need for the "hosts" file to connect to the other PCs in the cluster. Would anyone be willing to give me a quick tutorial on how to add this functionality to my remote jobs?
I am specifically using the Ohio Supercomputing Center (Oakley) Cluster if anyone has specific experience.
