I am trying to get the pressure drop from a 3D channel (corrugated channel-not a straight wall). I have taken an element from the channel with one unit of corrugation (or step) and applied periodic velocity at inlet symmetry at axis and no-slip BCs on walls. Once the convergence reached, I have taken pressure gradient from periodic conditions panel and multiplied with length of unit element. However, the experimental pressure drop is not matching with numerical pressure drop. Did I make any mistake somewhere? How to get the pressure drop value for whole channel?
