Dear colleagues
I have run fluent 14.5 on a cluster combine of 8 system with diferent number of cores and different CPU frequency (a 24 core and 3.67Ghz,a 16 core and 2.2, and 6 core 2 Ghz) when I read data upto 24 core, after case reading data will be read fast and cpu usage is more than 95) but when I use more than 24 cores( I test 40 and 80) data reading takes a very large time (about a day)than CPU usage fluctuates from 10 to 90. ( I use 1G switch and cat5e cables) why? and what can I do? reagards |
