Default How to read catalytic_converter.msh file?

I am doing tutorial ansys.
I have download mesh file,
the steps are file -> read -> mesh,
but where is the read button?
Icannot find

gsr_132 is on a distinguished road
Open Fluent, you can see the file button on the top left corner. Click on it you will find the read button for reading the .msh file.
