In which direction is the value of lift coefficient(Cl) calculated?

I am finding drag and lift on ahmed body.
I wanted to know that in which direction does the value of lift coefficient(Cl) is calculated by the software?

Let say flow is along +X direction. So lift is calculated in Y or Z direction?

How do i find out in which direction my software gave me the value of Cl?

Hi, see attached picture.
You need to set the force vector in the monitor panel; in the attached picture lift is acting in +Z direction, so set the vector to 0,0,1, in +Z direction.
