workbench not showing vertical and horizontal

My Ansys Workbench is not detecting horizontal and vertical lines which give the indication H and V. what is the reason for this. how can i turn it ON.

It is not clear what you are asking. Which lines? Which part of Workbench? Where did you see that these lines should be there?

You can click 'view' from the top bar and enable 'Display Edge Direction'. It shows arrows on all the edges.

This happened to me as well. Go to Sketching-Constraints and enable AUTO CONSTRAINTS (Global and Cursor).
