Here I have attached my error file......actually im looking to solve vertical axis wind turbine....i have designed it in catia and assembled in the same. When tried to import it in Ansys Fluent Design modeler It showed me 4141 parts, 4141 bodies.....In that 4141 bodies i had mix up of surface bodies and solid too......pls solve this problem....

Also I want to clear myself as why we need to have single part and single body while solving fluent.......

Thanks in advance

regards

sam

Click on Create --> Boolean, then connect all parts into the one part. Your model is challenging due to a lot of parts, I think You will have a lot of problems with meshing.
