K value is high and does not change with time

Hello!
I have a problem in my case. I am simulating natural convection in a 2D axi-symmetric case. I want to use K-W sst solver. My mesh is really fine (maxYplus is in order of e-2). The issue that I see is that K value is high (e-1)relatively and does not change with time. Is that normal?
I tried to play with the relaxation factors...did not help...any Idea would be appreciated!
