Default how to set boundary conditions for blood flow?

Hi! I meet some questions.How to set the boundary conditions of the blood flow to get the correct blood pressure difference before and after the stenosis? When my boundary condition inlet speed is 0.3m/s and the outlet pressure is 0Pa, I can't get the correct result.
