can shell conduction model be used in parallel mode!?

Yes, I think so..I used it for the computation of a tube in tube heat exchanger without problems..why this question? Did you read somewhere that it cannot be used in parallel?

When I used parallel setup, fluent said fatal error and crashed! but when run on serial setup it works very well!
I've checked several settings but haven't succeed...

Ok, the error should be related to something else, not to shell conduction/parallel calculation.
Did you try to disable shell conduction and run in parallel?Did you get the same error?
If you want to share the cas I can try to run it on my pc to see if the error is due to ansys installation..you have my email.

ya, it's working normally without shell conduction in parallel mode,
I'm performing some modification in the model for new run, if the problem doesn't solved, I will share it with you
