coal-calculator or coal-volatile template

hi, everybody:
i am modelling coal combustion and facing an property setting problems.
1. when i used coal calculator to calculator volatile properties, such as heat value, molecular weight, i found the standard state entralpy is positive and HCV of anthracite coal is 3.18MJ/kg
2. when i tried to use anthracite-volatiles-air template instead of coal caalculator, i found the volatils lack of element N and S.
3. for lack of N and S, i tried to add them in. i modified the molecular weight standard state entralpy. also N2 and SO2 were added in reaction filed.

but when i started to itera, "temperatures limited to ...." occured firstly, and then "divergence detected in AMG slover: species 0" occured. finally" primitive error at node 0:floating point exception " occured and iteration stoppped.

in my case, other settings are all right that i have tested. i think my problem is from the the property of volatile and volatile combustion reaction. but i can not fix my problem. does anybody help me in setting volatile property from the copy of template and then add N and S in volatile combustion.
