Stokes' Flow

Hello Everyone,

We are trying to simulate a helix shaped swimmer rotating against flow to understand its' propulsion.

Seems to be easy to carry out, however I can't really decide which model should we use since Re<<1.

I've read about the standard k-epsilon (FLUNET help) and it assumes that the flow is fully turbulent, even though the flow in completely laminar and highly viscous (Glycerin) however the rotation of the helix will sure alter the flow wave propagation and the flow won't be laminar around it. What model suits the problem?
