wind turbine blade flow simulation

I'm doing flow simulation of wind turbine blade in fluent by MRF method. I have designed the blade stalling at 18m/s. But i observed that very large difference between experiments and theoretical values. wind turbine is the power producing device, should i give rpm of the mrf zone?.
