Heat transfer of fluid in radiator tube and fin

5 Attachment(s)
Hi guys..
I need help and advise in simulating the fluid flow in single tube and fins of car radiator using k-epsilon turbulence model.
I'm still new and beginner in CFD and using fluent software. I'm doing so far referring to the tutorial and steps taken in this analysis.

The geometry is done using solidworks which later transfer to workbench(fluent).
Fluid at inlet :
mass flow rate = 0.001kg/s
temperature=351K

Here I attach picture for reference on what i have been doing so far..
Hope you guys can help me point out where the mistake.

Hey muhey, one place to start solving your problems is improving your mesh quality. You have a very low orthagonality and the aspect ratio is quite large.

Thanks for the advise edoan..Can you suggest how to do that? Is it ok if i proceed and improve the current method or there is another better method to get better quality of the mesh?
