What effects the value of Yplus

Actually i will ask about the effect of Yplus?
i run simulation but the value of Yplus is alwasy greater |

If I run a simulation the value of yplus is always equal to itself, unless it is smaller.

Try refining your mesh near the walls........ a lot....
