Default non newtonian impinging jet flow

Hi Everybody.
I used fluent to simulate surfactant impinging jet flow.
For material, i used carreau model; reynold number = 1000; nozzle = 10mm
but, my results are so strange?
Anyone can explain for me? thank you so much.
