ignore inner iteration in Transient mode

Hello verybody,
I am doing transient mode in Fluent and I would like to get the temperature for special point in each 1000 iteration .My time step is :1e-05,Max. Iteration per time step:25
and Number of time step: 3e+6
Te problem is iteration exceed the 3e+6 so I think the inner iteration (maximum 25) is also counted.
Does any body have the idea How can I set in a way that ignore this inner iteration to be printed?

If you need more detail for answering easily inform me.

thanks in advanced
Mina

Hi

what method are you using for getting the temperature?
Do you use monitor? if yes you can set it to print the temperature every time step instead of every iteration
If you use another method explain about it...

yes excactly monotor point.
Then How can I clculate physical time step?I am doing it in HPC.
because I need to know the curve of Temperature for this point during 30Second.

there is an option in the monitor settings as get data every
you can change the iteration to time step
