Convergence problem with continuity equation in microchannels..

Hi

while simulating the flow in parallel microchannels, i am getting the convergence (residuals) of continuity in the order of 10-2. Is their any way to increase the convergence of continuity equation? My results are affecting by such a low convergence of continuity equation.

Hi Vikas,

1. What type of problem your simulating ?
2. is mesh refined enough ?
3. what are the URF using in calculation ?

I am simulating flow in array of microchannel.
Grids are refined.
URF used are P = .2, density = 1, Body Forces = 1, momentum = .7, energy = 1
