dose fluent need special license for using the add-on module?
i'm working on mhd module

Do you have the MHD module working? At one point MHD did require an MHD license. But the license was very easy to obtain and generally you probably had the license without knowing it. It may still require a license I haven't looked deeply into it. It's faster to open Fluent to see if you can use the module than to ask an admin what exact licenses you have.
