to make a air bubble in a water tank simulation
 

I have been searching for a while on how to do simulation of air bubble in water,but I am unable to do it because of these problems can anyone help please :-
i.) Geometry- I wanted to use axi-symmetric geometry because it produce better solutions and for dimensions as precise as possible but I am unable to create a symmetric sketch with x-axis as axis of symmetry.

ii.)UDF- my problem require a pulse input pressure condition at inlet ,but I am unable to code due to lack of coding skills and I am unable to get any help from anywhere in this regard, can anyone help me .

iii.) some papers for reference study
