Inlet Boundary profile for compressible flow

Hi
I am trying to specify the inlet boundary layer profile for compressible flows at M=2. I am using the pressure farfield boundary condition at the inlet. I am specifying the static pressure and Mach number profile at the inlet using Define/Profiles. At the outlet I am using Pressure farfield conditions also. I am using k-omega turbulence model with default values of k and omega. However, I fail to get any solution.
Is it some kind of limitation of Fluent that inlet boundary profile has to be specified using velocity inlet boundary conditions only? In that case is it applicable for in-compressible flows only?

You shouldn't be using a pressure farfield boundary condition. It's not meant to be used as an inlet or outlet.

Try using a pressure inlet and pressure outlet (these are more physical anyway, more realistic). Garbage in => garbage out
